The Holland @ 160 West 97th Street, New York, NY: The scope of work included façade restoration and structural repairs to all the existing balconies, including the installation of new glass railing system at balconies. The work was performed at the two existing 14 stories towers and over 500,000 SF of floor area.

The Riverton Building

New Community Room at the Riverton Buildings: The scope includes the change of use of an existing storage area at the basement level, structural enlargement of the existing openings, installation of new retaining walls and new concrete stairs. In addition, the existing ground floor landscaping, concrete walkways, and playgrounds were renovated.
