Kew Gardens Apartments

This large residential portfolio consisted of 53 apartment buildings requiring extensive façade rehabilitation and modernization.

WRG Engineering served as the Structural Engineer and Applicant of Record, providing the engineering design for comprehensive façade repairs together with the installation of a new Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS). Our office managed the structural engineering, permit filings, and construction coordination necessary to complete the work across the entire complex while maintaining building occupancy.
