WRG Engineering has provided multiple structural engineering services for the Heritage Twin Towers, supporting the long-term rehabilitation and modernization of the property.

The scope included façade transformation, Local Law 11 façade repairs, enlargement of structural openings, parking garage structural repairs, and the design of a new elevator serving a medical clinic. The project required careful integration of new structural elements into an existing occupied high–rise while maintaining building operations.
