WRG Engineering provided structural engineering services and served as the Applicant of Record for the comprehensive rehabilitation of this historic residential complex consisting of four interconnected and independent 16-story buildings.

The project included the complete reconstruction of deteriorated balconies, structural concrete repairs, reinforcement of existing framing where required, and extensive façade restoration. Careful engineering coordination was required to maintain the structural integrity of occupied buildings while modernizing exterior components and extending the service life of the structures.

Our office managed the structural design, NYC Department of Buildings approvals, permit filings, and coordination through construction.
